Shopping and lunch with parents in the afternoon

Well onto outfit today (attending church)...items are straw bag and flowery dress :)

Viewed showhouse today and that's me in front the living room's big mirror. Just had fun looking at nice interior deco and those with blend of style and simplicity for a natural ambience. I'm always interested in painting and arts or design ideas.I always think that decorating ideas or designing ideas can come anywhere from what that inspire you, while travel or vacation. You'll not surprise to see me collecting lots design ideas or good interior design pictures in my lappie. :)

Basically that's a simple Sunday I had. Ohya, dad taught me how to make ice cream in the evening, waiting it to freeze and I'll get to taste it tomorrow. yay.

Homemade Cookies

Nothing to do over semester break? Besides meeting up friends it’s pretty interesting to learn something new, so this holiday baking cookies will be one of my favorite activities. It has been months thinking to bake my own cookies however last semester got really hectic so finally there are plenty of time now allowing for the baking.

Yesterday morning awakened by mum asking me to try muffin cake she just baked for my breakfast. I was surprised as the kitchen smells like little bakery house with freshly baked cake. It’s really great to taste freshly baked cake after just crawling out from my bed in the morning. It tasted really delicious and next…my cookies baking plan got started!

Skipped the steps of mixing ingredients, I was really concentrate in following the steps and forgetting about taking photo around that time.

After a few minutes, Tehhh-Deng!~!~!~!

After spooning up the chocolate walnut and shaping them into desired size, ready to put into the oven and set the timer to go off. Actually this is the first tray of cookies sent into the oven. There was another tray of cookies sent to bake.

Well onto the result of my cookies : yummy! Dad and mom praised that I baked better cookies then their previous cookies baking. I'll bake cookies again on coming week then…XD Oh ya I shall get some lovely cookie mold if I've time. :)

Return to blogland

Hi all. :) As you all may have noticed I took some time away from my blogland. So finally I've some time for my blogland here as it's holiday now! Thinking I'm a little late on sharing about my chinese new year week anyway I feel like writing it since it's really an important celebration early of the year. Parents picked me from Malacca, we stopped by Bidor on our way to Penang. Yup and here's the famous must-try Bidor duck noodle at Pun Chun, Bidor, Perak. This place has become a must-stop-over destination everytime i travel South-North.

Trust me, duck thigh noodle is really a must try! \(^-^)/

Another recommended place for nice food is at Pantai Bersih, Butterworth. There's a row of seafood restaurants at the beach. It's one of the famous beach at Butterworth and it's perfect if picking the time to able to view lovely sunset while eating yummy seafood.

Onto the first day of Cny, I spent the morning in church, enjoyed every first day of Cny attending church with my family, relatives, and cousins...Many Hymns for the first day state God's blessings for the new year.

Well second day of Cny, basically the activities were visiting relatives, getting more and more angpaw, and more delicious and mouthwatering food until I get a 1kg weight gain in just a few days. Thank God I get rid of the 1kg already. :p I remembered I took a few photos of Penang laksa, curry noodles and prawn noodles

but I've no idea where the photos gone already.=.=

Next what can I write about third day of Cny? The morning began with travelling from Penang back to Malacca due to fifth day of Cny was the day my final exam week started...how I wish to travel back to Jb with my family. T.T Anyway now is holiday mood, laborious exam is over!

I've no idea why always astonishments are likely to happen during final exam weeks...But I'm glad to say this time wasn't a headache matter to me, had none that adding frown on my face. It's time for smiles:)

Exam week

I'm back to my blog land again. It's really boring to keep studying for final examination during chinese new year week. Pale-looking 'sobbing' face picture above best describe my mood for the week, especially the first few days of Cny that I had to study before bedtime. Hmmm exam week is really excruciating, I wish I can enjoy longer celebration than facing the books and notes for hours everyday...I can't wait for semester break :)

Hi all. Happy Chinese New Year :)

Wishing everyone a healthy, prosperous and happy new year~

Already back to the place where I'm studying due to the need of preparing for final examinations. The countdown: Two days to go to the day my final examinations start with pangs of stress and thank God I having a big box of chocolate given by my aunty and I believe the role of chocolates in stress reduction, at the same time eating with the fear of weight gain. As usual, every year, I celebrated my chinese new year at Penang, pretty satisfied with the delicious and irresistible Penang food I had this year although I spent only a few days for cny celebration there.

Final examination week is coming so I'll update about my Penang's cny celebration after the examinations. :)
