Trust In The Lord

The Christian life can sometimes feel like a roller coaster ride when strong hope and faith collide with an unexpected reality. When our prayers aren't answered as we desired and our dreams become shattered, disappointment is the natural result. Had a conversation today regarding the plan after graduated, which honestly i never ever expect the answer will be what I am doing currently, after tough decision made learning to put a 'stop' at that period of time where disappointment is too heavy a burden to bear. And I feel like God has been so sweet to surprise me with a gift/job on the day right before weekend of my graduation day. And all has been a big learning process to me.  


The bible is filled with such reassurance that all we have to do is trust God, know the word for yourself and to “let go and let God” do what He purposed for your life long ago.


Don't lose faith in God, no matter the situation. God knows your heart. A sincere heart towards Him will produce results.

Hello May!

May is Here!

Had a sumptuous Korean dinner with family just now. Stepping in to the restaurant, I was astonished with the scribbles on every single wall and that put me in the best mood to draw!  I've never been so excited when I first stepped into a restaurant and when the waiter came to take the order, I requested a marker (restaurant does provide customers marker to draw) and came out the scribbles shown in the picture above. And I drew a 'frame' for my drawings...anyway there were some drawings and words in the 'frame' that were not drawn by me...So onto the food, *rubs tummy* Yummy!!! Very satisfying I'll definitely go back again for the kimchi pancake and kimchi soup =) A nice day spent with family with little celebration and soon I'll show you my purchase of the day.

Eye Sees Color

I just purchased a new pair of glasses recently to replace the black full-frame glasses I have been wearing for two years. Anyway the new pair is still a black rimmed nerd glasses. And I got a free box of contact lenses with my purchase, containing five pairs of coloured contact lenses. I was quite surprised with the colours actually but I was told these will get to look natural on eyes. I have never worn colored contact lenses so it's an opportunity to try something new... =) 

Touch of Spring

Spring. Exactly as you had imagined it, with cool spring breeze. But the truth is here in a tropical climate it is mostly hot and sunny throughout the year. Basically I had a great Sunday of going church in the morning, little shopping with parents and a swimming session in the evening. So here's a glimpse of my outfit yesterday!
