Did some grocery shopping today and grabbed this box of ice cream! To me eating ice cream makes me happy. Scientists have found a spoonful of cold stuff lights up the same pleasure centre in the brain as listening to favourite music.And the same time I realised I am getting tooooo chubbby! (>.<)
