Sleepy monday

It's end of June moving to the latter half of this year. I'm actually excited and waiting June to end as this indicates that July is approaching which I'm going to have a little break from work in coming week. Many things coming up in the next little while that excite me.


Now onto today. Monday. Sleepy. There's no rush this morning although I really feel like crawling back into my bed. Thank God my hair is now slightly shorter and easier to manage after haircut and rebonding more than a week ago so less time needed to blow dry my hair. If you realised I rarely give my hair any changes except make it a little wavy when I've extra time. I'm lazy or I should say I really don't know how to get my hair done in different styles.


This morning. Grabbed my simple breakfast. Slept on the way to work. Usually I automatically open my eyes few seconds before my dad stopped his car in front of the building. I had a little difficulties to walk properly once I stepped out of the car. Sometimes I even found that I couldn't walk a straight line! =X

Lunch time. Was spent at account department for the birthday celebration they had for two of the colleagues. Amazing home cooked meal and getting familiar to the colleagues there. I'll be moving to this department from tomorrow for a two weeks time.

So now the count down to the break in coming week begins. =)

mixed feelings

I love the ice cream candy I bought this noon ^.^v

I tried sweet dresses from Somerset Bay =p

My stomach was growling loud untill I had my dinner T.T

"ice cream" day~

Did some shopping after church this noon...=) I have tried lots of dresses today. Finally I hunt this dress down...for cousin's wedding which is going to be held in just less than two weeks away.

A purple blue dress...first time buying dress in this colour

I found words written on the label which is : "Please do not disturb. Room 33."

I guess it's just carrying some meanings of the brand @ Room. lol.

Well another thing I bought today is~~~
I love this candy!!! The rich creamy taste like real Baskin-Robbins ice cream!

I picked Cookies 'N Cream flavor, the American classic, dark cocoa cookie combined with rich,creamy vanilla. It's creamy, smooth and oh-so-delicious!!! Other flavours available are mint chocolate chip, mango delight, pralines 'N cream...

I'll put it in my handbag to work tomorrow...it's fun to have "ice cream" in my bag everyday =))

I burst out laughing when dad corrected and imitated my tone of voice speaking the words that made him trembling. XD

This made my eyes tear up so much while having dinner at home, I didn't realise my tone was like that until dad imitated it. lol

Are u sleeping?

My kiddish drawings are back! This was actually happened last week in office...I didn't fall asleep but fisshhhing only. =X Colleague thought that I was reading as I was facing down with hands supporting my forehead. I have already converted the colour of drawings above as the actual drawings are drawn in blue pen... However I still prefer the effect of drawing with pencil like those i posted in previous posts.

Pouring rain caused flooding outside company this noon, what surprised me most was colleagues caught a fish in the flooded car park!!! They called it cat fish.

*I actually converted the photo colour as I feel slightly uncomfortable seeing the fish's black silky skin in the original coloured image. =X

It's father's day!

I must admit that I'm lazy to blog recently. Just realised that it have been quite long since I posted any of my drawings already. I planned to come out a drawing post very soon. =)
Let me post a couple of pictures accumulated through the week, including photos taken today. It's father's day today, I really enjoyed the celebration as it was filled with so much laughter that I even laughed till tears dropping. XD

Fri, Sat, Sun

This will be a longer-than-usual post.=p Perhaps the nervousness I seldom get for the day has caused me to write longer here.

A message popped up in my handphone on Friday night with all the song titles to be played on Sunday, that was when I about to head out for movie, Karate Kids with friends. I felt my stress level rising as none of the pianists will be available for Sunday. Usually, either in Malacca or Jb, I play with church band, or another organ ( other accompaniment instruments such as drum, guitar, bass, electric guitar, or backup singers). For hymns part I use to play alone. But for other gospel songs I love how the accompanying instruments provide rich background to the songs. There was even a new song I never played before and I had to search the score through Internet, now I really like the song already, even the preacher requested to sing it again.

I had headache after back from movie on Friday night, we picked the very front seats without choice. The movie was long and we couldn't have proper way of sitting while watching...I had pain in my neck. Luckily the movie is worth watching. =) The next thing I approached after stepping into the house was my piano as I couldn't waste a minute with the little time for practise; Saturday I already planned to have outing with my Uni friends.

dinner at George & Dragon Cafe~

Woke up very early and tapped the keys again at Saturday morning, then outing with friends and back home at night, I stayed on the piano bench for two hours until 1am. I hope I didn't disturb neighbours sleeping with the press of soft pedal. =X

Okay, talking about Sunday morning, since I need to reach my church earlier, I thought of having a very simple breakfast at home, I was delighted when I saw mum prepared rice and a few dishes for my breakfast! ♥And this helped to reduce my nervousness for the playing later. Right before the worship started, I realised that I had to play all the songs without any backup singer that they use to have every week. T.T I sms-ed to make a "complaint" to my piano sifu who didn't come to church that day. XD

Well overall, the playing was ok. Something unusual was that my hymns book dropped from the piano and bang the octave keys before reaching the floor. Everyone heard the bang. T.T

Towards the end of the worship, those teens who were standing not far from the piano sang "Amen~~~Amen~~~" in a very strange voice, it sounds like "aaaamooeennn, amoeeenn" that they purposely sang in that way. While playing the keys I tried to hold my laughter then I gave a quick sharp glance to one of the boys. But I didn't look at them again, I had to focus on playing, i 'm sure that he could sense my sharp glance for that second. HahaXD

On the way back, I bought my favourite Oreo McFlurry to pamper myself. =) It cleared away all the nervousness I had for the whole morning.

Btw, Saturday was really an unforgettable day.

crunchy pie tee^^

♥mum made crunchy pie tee/pai tee for dinner today=) ♥

She actually made the pie tee shells herself using pie tee mold. The crispy shells are yummy! Too bad I didn't have the chance to help my parent when they deep fried the pie tee cups, I was having long nap due to...exhaustion from the after-midnight-piano-practise on the day before or good rainy weather? Well, I did help to cut the eggs for the toppings of pie tee.

I asked my mum whether the shells are suitable to eat with ice-cream. She said: "no" and the reason is that............ I'll eat too many later XD

it's a simple song to play but it's really a beautiful sad song~

I prefer the beginning part of the song

as there are repetitions towards the end.

I always like to search music sheet of Yiruma's songs.

He's such a talented composer who makes nice and heartful songs.

Although most of his songs are not complicated to play

but you can definitely feel the emotions behind the notations. =)

iced barley or iced lemon barley?!?

The traffic this morning was surprisingly good and I reached my office 30 minutes earlier than usual. Dad asked me to wait in the car first and I get a wink of sleep inside the car before stepping into the office. I wish everyday the traffic will be this good as I'll be able to get more sleep and depart from home a bit later. Every week, the only day I'm able to get enough sleep is Saturday as Sunday I'll go to church in the morning.

Had my lunch in such a hurry today. I took around five minutes to finish a plate of creamy mushroom sauce chicken rice as my food was the last to be served and it was about 2pm already and most of my colleagues had already finished their food. It's RM6, 3/4 of the plate are rice and 1/4 is made up of few pieces of chicken. I ordered a cup of iced barley and I was surprised to discover the sour taste from the drink. This is the first time I drank iced lemon barley =.=". Well my colleagues told me that in this shop whoever ordered iced barley will get iced lemon barley that cost RM2.20, so if I want to drink ICED BARLEY i have to order "original iced barley" which cost RM1.20. LOL!! Adding lemon to charge us an extra RM1! ishhh...I like the original drink only!

since I don't feel like eating any rice for dinner, mum bought me dinner from Oldtown.

同僚との交際で得るところが多かった～

1st weekend of June

These are my two little pouches from Daiso and handbag from esprit =) I did a little shopping at Singapore last weekend. I was tempted with all those cute little stuff and garden's decorations at Daiso Singapore and there's much bigger range of stuff compared to Daiso Malaysia. The products availability is different at both place.

Well, I also stepped into Casino for the first time, ops...nope, I should say the second time already as I been to Casino at Korea last year as minimum age to be in casino there is 18 years old. Korean teenagers can already visit Casino lol. So for the first time stepping into casino at Singapore with my 21st and one month age; when entering, the Indian security guard who checking my passport, was looking at my face and seeing my passport for a few seconds (checking my birth date I guess), I told him I'm 21st already, then he told me "Congratulations~" and gave me a big smile on his face...LOLx.
