Eye Sees Color

I just purchased a new pair of glasses recently to replace the black full-frame glasses I have been wearing for two years. Anyway the new pair is still a black rimmed nerd glasses. And I got a free box of contact lenses with my purchase, containing five pairs of coloured contact lenses. I was quite surprised with the colours actually but I was told these will get to look natural on eyes. I have never worn colored contact lenses so it's an opportunity to try something new... =) 

Touch of Spring

Spring. Exactly as you had imagined it, with cool spring breeze. But the truth is here in a tropical climate it is mostly hot and sunny throughout the year. Basically I had a great Sunday of going church in the morning, little shopping with parents and a swimming session in the evening. So here's a glimpse of my outfit yesterday!

Tuesday Ramblings

The best way to get better at anything is to practice. Blogging or writing frequently will get improve in writing, in crafting sentences, picking words to use, as well as reacting to feedback. I have always loved to write English essay when I was in school, no doubt it was my favourite subject and I'll get satisfaction of expressing my points in the essay. I have to say that my most favourite teacher was my English teacher, my tutor to be exact. Ok all these ramblings sound as I'm telling myself to blog more often. Anyway I will be glad if there's more comments from readers or write comment below with link of your blog.

Easter Sunday

It's Easter Day. I know it's been a little quiet on this blog lately. Expecting no picture in this post, just some words from article I read before I sleep.

We all face challenges and difficult times. God doesn't send these storms, but it's in times of difficulty that we grow and become stronger. It is an opportunity to allow God's Word to come alive in your life and see you through to victory. You can't run from everything that's hard in your life and expect God to deliver you immediately.

God uses these challenges to stretch you and enlarge your vision.

Prayers without faith just do not get answered no matter how powerful our God is. Remember, God's plans are blessed, and as you walk in His plan for your life, you will experience His abundance in everything you set your hand to.

When you are full of joy and have a good attitude, you keep yourself strong. That positive attitude of faith paves the way for God to work miracles in your life.

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer,

believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

Those who wait for the Lord, who expect, look for,

and hope in Him, shall renew their strength...

This Week's Update

It's a week of being a workaholic. A week for company semi-annual financial settlements, where it comes with stress and exhaustion but it's a way of learning while handling—no doubt for the first time. Stack of papers and files have been cluttering my desk also it's no exaggeration to say that there were no time for me looking at my wrist, for time where it flies faster than I could ever think. Time flies like a blink and weekend is approaching! Past Sunday seems like it was yesterday. Here's a picture from last Sunday.

Now I try to pull my exhausted body, crawling into my bed.
