Just got back from dinner with former colleagues, laughing my lungs out on a nice Friday after-work dinner. There's a saying that "laughter is the best medicine" which laughter elicits positive mood and the best way to relieve stress. Nowadays we hear a lot the phrase "work-life balance", to me is all about setting your personal priorities, identifying your important personal goals, values, passion and personal lives; and as you move through different stages of life, reevaluating priorities to achieve balance, improving your health, happiness and life as a whole. :)
