Work Staples

I see quite many uni-mates who are recent graduates busy for their job hunt. Time flies fast that I am almost working for a year in few months' time later. I personally think that for work attire, if you purchase staple pieces right then everything else will work almost by itself. The reason is that staples are basic and versatile, mixing and matching to create timesless looks. Also, trendy clothing usually does not mix and match well with everything so do invest in items that you feel comfortable wearing and think before you purchase any item if it is an essential wardrobe staple. =) This will save your pocket in the long run!

White blouse can be easily paired with any look. For work or casual.

I wear black when I have no idea what to wear early in the morning. =D
Black colour outfit- sophistication, simplicity.

Add some color to your work day!

You can never go wrong with grey, white, blue and black.

Work pants. Which I never tried wearing to work. >.<

I like sharing what inspires me as a form of art, design, or musics. Most of the time it doesn't mean you need to buy new clothes to get into the trend,  some inspirations to consider mixing and matching old clothes or old favourites in your wardrobe,  seeing the possibilities for reinventing all old clothes or put together with newer clothes. That's what I like to do recently to pull out my "student's clothing" to wear and it is kind of finding new treasure ~!

It's weekend's update!

So here's my weekend update, for the end of June and beginning of July!

Also this will not going to be a long-winded rambling post that I tend to write. =p

And me, I was quite shy when the microphone connected for me to sing along when I play.

So onto Sunday, we had a quick eating session at Domino's pizza (?) No pictures taken there anyway we headed to Monsta Cafe which I have not visited in quite some time. I still love its fun retro ambience and I found new cafe area built to become its door entrance, also the interior has a kind of shabby chic korean cafe atmosphere, I'll definitely come again for the new cafe area. I didn't manage to take picture of the place but this cafe really worth a visit and definitely will be a perfect place to catch up with friends. =)
