wintry day

Freezing indoor. Three-quarter sleeve formal shirt and a cardigan I'm wearing right now...shivering in cold.

This week things bring me worries . One of it is that I'm going to play every song in coming Sunday service, it'll not be cancelled like what had happened last week.

And July is ending. Rapid thoughts appeared in my mind, made my mind wonder. As each month passes, I see how fast the time passing, how thoughts are changing, mind and ideas growing. Expectations by people I seen from past two months made me exhausted but pulled me into a new path...simple, I'll choose to believe. I found peace.

The freezing temperature indoor and growling stomach now make my mind couldn't continue thinking what to write already. =p

Remember I've promised another post about my Hanoi trip? =D I've not forgotten, I'll post within this week. =)

Here's my outfit yesterday...

Yesterday was Pizza Day! I actually had pizza from vivo and pizza hut for my lunch and dinner anyway I prefer the thin crust pizza from vivo. My parent liked it too. =)

Hit up the mall after church yesterday. My greatest shopping triumph was a breezy summer dress!=) Personally I think that dress is a traditionally feminine piece and it's definitely girls best friend! I finally scored the dress after spotting it at the same shop during my quick lunchtime shopping session with colleagues days ago. Few floral dresses from Somerset Bay had caught my eye too however the price didn't allow me to grab any back home.

To my previous post about the stress of playing songs that are totally new to me, due to some reasons from church friend we didn't manage to practise together. So ended up I only need to play hymns yesterday, favourite hymn of the day was "Great is Thy Faithfulness". Searched a few online videos of the song so below are one of them:

A new week just started...I can't wait for this week to end.=X Looking forward to shift back to my actual department this coming week. People in my current department are too interesting already. =D

Found this article in one of the newspapers today.

Textapherenia, post-traumatic text disorder, textiety and binge texting are maladies that await the text-addicted, Australian researcher Jennie Carroll said.

Not only sore thumb was the only health risk for text-crazy person.

Possible downsides of texting:-

1) Textapherenia : the mistake belief that you have heard the beep or felt the vibration of an incoming text message.

2) Post-traumatic text disorder: that's when texter walk into things or are even otherwise oblivious to what is around them.

3) Textiety: the crisis of confidence when time goes by without a text being received.

4) Binge texting: sending a blizzard of texts to boost confidence.


Have you ever heard new text message vibration on your mobile device when there is no message? lolx.

Too cold in the office right now. I can only feel ice when I holding my mobile phone...

yummy weekend

the-very-me-look taken yesterday before going to church. =D Neither wearing contact lens nor adding curl to my hair. Putting less effort also less time into getting dressed but kept simple with the look I most comfortable with. =D I'm actually sticking with this look to work everyday. XD

The preacher yesterday preached about challenges so as decision that we'll make in life. Relating the topic to youngsters, he preached in an interesting way with easy-to-understand examples.

rainy day

It's Friday! As you might have noticed it's the fifth post of the week. It's pouring rain outside now like the sky is releasing any tension pouring it all out. Freezing cold in the office, starting to countdown to lunch time although my stomach is still full with pizza I had this morning. Oya recently a few things get to excite me, yesterday was Jusco Day that luggage bags were on sale so my parent picked two back home. I bought a pink doormat too! pink! lolx=D New luggage bags bought so I can't wait for another trip to come. Not that soon till my internship ends.

I've two new pieces added into my wardrobe from my recent purchase. I got myself a dress from Hanoi last week, it's USD8 and I actually spotted it at one of the boutiques at JB. Another one is unexpected purchase on the night I went for movie days ago.

Things are sometimes unexpected. Well I was told that another colleague from the department I'm working now is actually holding a medical degree. Fyi I'm having my industrial training at a securities company, a participating organization of Bursa Malaysia. So it's true to say that not everyone will work in the field related to what they studied in university. I'm a final year student now wondering where I'll be working next year...haha.

I got surprised by this. :D

Mum showed me a card from her year 1 student yesterday. It was given to both me and my mum and it had brighten our day! It was last month when I first noticed this sweet smile little girl and I told my mum she's so cuteee!!! My mum actually told her that. :D

Words she wrote for me: 姐姐我爱你。谢谢你说我可爱。真谢谢。我都爱你们两个好吗？

Lol! She also wrote that the cinderella sticker is for me. XD

so cute lo!!!!!

sleepy day

I'm here again in my own cubicle I'm thinking and laughing at myself that I seriously couldn't walk a straight line after I stepped out of dad's car just now. I looked like a sleepwalker.

I've promised to come out with another post regarding my trip to Hanoi and I need some time for it. Recently I love to plonk myself down on sofa watching my favourite Korean drama every night. =D

I'll watch Eclipse tonight! not Korean drama for today. ^^

Hanoi, Vietnam (I)

I'm back!

A couple days ago I was in Hanoi, Vietnam... =)

My very first impression of Vietnam after I stepped out of Hanoi airport was...HOT! ! !(it was night time when I reached Hanoi on last Thursday) it's SWELTERING HOT!!! The temperature there is muccchhhh higher than Malaysia, hot and very dry weather unlike windy and humid sunny weather here. Actually I've never been to countries during their summer seasons, this is my very first summer travel, very different from the weather we are having at Malaysia. Thank God I brought easy brezzy pieces to wear, excessive sweating throughout the day also the burning sun has caused my skin tone a shade darker. T.T

Well despite the scorching hot weather, it's a nice and pleasant trip overall. If you wonder why I pick summer time to visit Vietnam, my main purpose for this trip is to attend my cousin's wedding at Hanoi, we planned an extra day visiting places in Hanoi as well as tasting delicious local food and another day that we had to spend at the wedding place. The food are nice especially beef noodles but I advise those who going Vietnam or its neighbouring countries to be careful with food with raw ingredients, raw leaves; I suspected it to cause me gastric+stomachache+diarrhoea after the night I had spring roll with raw leaves in it. You better don't imagine how many times I visited toilet in just a morning time. XD

long awaited weekend

If I'm not too tired, I'll pick out what I'm going to wear for the next day, recently I miss those days wearing my big tees and jeans in campus. Quite bored over dresses and formal/semi-formal attire already. But with this week I'll have the least working days that I'm going to adjourn from here for a little while. It seems as though I've been counting my weeks to wait for this weekend to come for very long. This weekend will just for the fun and joy. Don't worry I'll come back and talk about it.

It's Friday! These were the little mess on my office table this noon after counting and reciting cheques. I'll be working in account department until next week.

Today colleague showed me something they spotted after heavy rain, if you read my previous post I wrote about fish they caught in rain, but this time they found a cute little bird. I found its wings were wet so it couldn't fly, it stayed obediently on my colleague's hand and even shoulder. It was so obedient that I find it really cute and innocent. =D Let me continue the story...

I thought it was so obedient and I touched its feathers, I didn't stand too far from it. Colleague who trying to prove how obedient it was, moving his hand, putting it on his shoulder but no one expecting it to fly towards the direction of me and another colleague all of a sudden. It flew down to the floor of our direction. I shouted in astonishment!!!!! Other colleagues who were in the department next to the door where I stood heard my scream too. T.T

Okayy, I know this is really embarrassing. I left the place seeing my colleague put it on his shoulder and "they" went into the lift going upstairs..... XD
